"Our stay at this townhome in Downtown Rome was great! We were able to walk to restaurants and it was close to the tennis center (we were there for a tennis tournament). I know it says there are only 2 parking spots, but we had room for 3 cars. The only slight issue was that the house does not seem to have any soundproofing. "Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. "Super nice little farm house. Our only issue was that we have a 3 year old outdoor loving little boy and didn't realize the house was so close to the four lane US Hwy 27 with only about 40 or 50 feet between the front door and 65 MPH traffic. We should have researched it better so it was our mistake. The little outdoor area was nice and the traffic noise was tolerable but if it had been enclosed with a fence and gate - the peace of mind factor would have been greatly increased."
