"Beautiful property"

"This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in since arriving in Italy. We had air conditioning, a television, a great WiFi network, and a working fridge. This location is not central and we struggled finding a ride out in the morning but other than that Fiesole is a gorgeous town with phenomenal food and great views. Would stay again at Villa Bonelli in a heartbeat!"

"The air conditioning never cool the room below 24°C (75.2°F). The room's power and air are connected a device you use have your key card in. I used a different card just so we can power electronics during the day and so the air conditioner would run (it was a dangerous heat wave declared by the Health Ministry. 40°C (100+F). The cleaning crew removed the card, opened our windows, and shut the curtains so we didnt notice. After my kids and I were overwhelmed by the heat and needed to rest...
