"We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! Upgrading to the apartment with the fenced in yard was a treat for our dog, Percy. "DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!! I cannot believe that Expedia even lists this property! The pictures on the posting looked nice. Reality was the exact opposite. The exterior was filthy from the parking lot into the building. Trash was all over and I have never seen so many cigarette butts. The most were right in front of the No Smoking sign by the front door. Additionally, all the landscaping around the curbs was totally overgrown with weeds (as high as 3 ft). Amazingly, I did not see any rodents...
