"La maison est très agréable et parfaitement située. Même par grosse chaleur, elle reste très agréable. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur pour que chacun puisse exercer ses activités au calme. C'est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui veulent passer du temps à découvrir le Latium. Tivoli est à 20mn, Rome à 35 minutes. Naples n'est qu'à 2 heures de route. Das Haus liegt wunderschön umgeben von Olivenbäumen mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die umliegede Landschaft. Es hat einen wunderbaren Flair und ist super ausgestattet. "Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger."

"This property is.located a little outside Palombara Sabina, but still within easy access of supermarkets, bars and gelato! It is a good sized property for 4 adults and a couple of kids. The dawn chorus is incredible and the views down the valley and across to beautiful hilltops have to be seen. "We had fantastic three days at Carmine's. The house is truly spectacular, it must be like staying with Hagrid from Harry Potter. The place was full of old curiosities and had an exciting atmosphere. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenagers. Good beds, clean and tidy. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to go away from the busy life and enjoy the nature. "
