Perfect in every way!

We totally enjoyed our stay - the lay out of the house was perfect for our family of grown kids and their families. Location was great-close to Cashiers and Highlands. We also utilized the amenities pass, which worked out great. House was well stocked and so comfortable. Hope to be back next year!

Great home in Trillium!

We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated golf course home in Trillium. The main floor bedroom was extremely comfortable. The home was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. We loved spending time on the screen porch with a real wood burning fireplace. The location was convenient to Cashiers for quick trips to the grocery store. We will definitely be back for another rental!

Lovely, Comfortable and Fun!

This is a top 1% property in the best sense. It is lovely, comfortable in a very convenient location- perfect location to over look Golf Course. The decor has light, soothing colors and non-kitchy mountain-home furnishings. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and all current mod cons and furniture. Our bed (Main level King Suite) was wonderful- and I have back problems so that says a lot! All bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The Kitchen, cooking tools and tableware were all perfect, with everything you need to cook, serve and eat a meal-BONUS-the deck was fully equipped to grill-Smoker too-and eat there. There are 2 decks -one screened with fireplace, comfortable sofa and ottoman (even a small game table) and one deck over -looking 14th hole w/a full dinning table, chairs and a fire pit seating area. The ceiling fans made the deck very comfortable even in this warm July-we lived out there! As early risers, noise on the deck from morning course prep crew, vocal golfers, carts and even cars on the neighborhood road nearby, didn't bother us- but know that this gives a feeling of being in busy area instead of a remote location- back inside with windows closed, you will not notice these noises. We didn't have time to do the ground level of this house justice. It is really nice, with a TV/Media area really comfortable seating and play area for kids-but stairs deterred the old folks from going down much. We loved this home and know others will too!
