"The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to London norms!), and comfortable. The elevators functioned smoothly. There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the Tube and Hampstead Heath. We'd definitely stay again."

Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort. Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert."

"ideale Lage - underground, Bus, camden Market, alles direkt vor der Tür! ein Lebensmittelladen ist auch bis 2300 Uhr geöffnet, ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür. die Zimmer sehr sauber, das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend, das Pub ist super! Wasserkocher im Zimmer, jeden Tag wird kaffee aufgefüllt und frische Wasserflaschen. Danke - es wahr sehr gut, wir kommen wieder!"

"Close to bus and train links. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable with all basic amenities. Above a bar that serves good food. Can hear bar noises if the window is open, but that was not disruptive to us. 3 car parking spaces outside with charging points"

"You Do Not Want to Stay Here I was shocked when I arrived at the property. Even before I entered, it was clear the building is quite rundown. Empty planters with styrofoam in them. Weeds. Some loose garbage along the drive. Entering, there’s a lack of fresh air and attention to detail. I entered my room to find a tiny, rundown space. Needed to be aired, but the window is locked shut. The walls are scratched and stained, the desk and fridge / cupboard area are old and covered in bubbled...

"The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy. Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes. Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...

"First room provided was a very damp family room, had to choose between that or room with no windows. The receptionist the next day in comparison was very helpful and sorted this out swiftly."

"Stated for one night with my teenager daughters. We were at a concert at Wembley so the location was convenient for the underground. Room was ok, beds comfy (but very squeaky frames- if someone moved in the bed it was loud). No air con in the room but they provided a fan."

"From the moment we stepped through the door, the Camden staff were fantastic. We unexpectedly got an upgrade to a view of Camden which was really lovely. Rooms were so clean and so comfy. Best hotel I've stayed in so far and definitely will come back to stay again. Thank you!"

"Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....
