"The air didn’t work even after a guy came up and checked it. We called back to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms which was too inconvenient. Everything else was ok"

"I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."

"I used to stay at Red Roofs when I traveled for work. They were so much better than this one. In the room the paint was peeling off the ceiling in a large area. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so any odor came out in the room. There were 3 of us and there were only towels for 2. Got additional towels and they looked like someone had been working on a car with them. A lot of dark stains on them. Even the envelope for the room keys was used. It was worn and had a previous room...

"This was our first visit to a bed and breakfast. To me it almost felt like staying at strangers house, EXCEPT the owner made us feel like life long friends!! This was a great experience, because of the owner. If you’re going to a concert at The Pavilion at Star Lake or just in the area this is a great place to stay."

"We traveled for 12 hours and arrived at 10:30pm. We were greeted with "the suite you booked is no longer available". Anna at the front desk blamed "maintenance issues". We were given two separate rooms with one king bed each - we are a family of 5 including three teens. I don't know how this was expected to work, and I absolutely did not appreciate Anna arguing with me in the lobby on what the sleeping arrangements should be. Apparently a sleeper sofa will fit two people (according to Anna) -...

"This was my second stay in month in a half. The room this time was not to clean. However; i brought bleach wipes abs Lysol with me. The hotel wasn't even half full"

"Excellent hotel, our room was very clean and beautiful bathroom, the staff that we interacted with were all very friendly but the older gentleman that I assume was the manager was phenomenal! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when we come back to visit our relatives that live there. Job well done!"

"They cannot call it a suite just because they squeezed a worn out hide-a-bed love seat next to the bed. It had stains and the bottom looked like it was scratched up by someones cat. The layout of the room was useless. Unless you want to sit on the nasty couch, you had to watch the tv by laying at the bottom of the bed. "Stay all the time, great place for business travelers. Manager can be difficult for business travelers that company’s book their travel for them. I didn’t have the same CC for my stay, became a thing at check in. Never had a problem before. Makes me nervous to stay moving forward."

"The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. This needs to be corrected. Immediately. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It’s a good location."
