"Limited parking due to many cars being parked. There was a Hostile motorcycle driver who was there in his orange/red bike offering women ecstasy and to stay with him in exchange for the parking spot. There is no security on site. Small Towels provided. They have very thin walls, you can hear everything that the next room are doing or talking about. The curtains dont fully close to blackout the room."

"I only stayed here for one night. Once I got into the room, I tried to put the deadbolt on the deadbolt does not have anything to connect to so it’s pointless. I went downstairs. He told me all the doors are like that. Then the mattress, oh my goodness, I had two flat sheets on my bed no fitted sheet. The mattress was horrible. Had cigarette burns and I think I saw a bedbug. I took a picture of it. I took a picture of the mattress. I took a video of it. I cannot sleep in that bed. The hot water...

"This is my second night reserving another night for a double bed room, my sister and her husband came to visit from Long Island NY, & stayed the night. They refused to switch my room from a single room to a double bed room, TWICE. Front desk claimed they’re weren’t any double bed rooms available, but have that as a choice on their website. Refused to refund me for both nights and im still in a single bed room."

"This is a good bargain stay, just be mindful of the surrounding neighborhoods as some are more safe than others. We really liked that there were tons of bodegas to grab quick bites to eat, easy access to bus and subway, and the customer service was great!"

"The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops."
