"The Montague Inn is an historic property that manages to continue to excel. It's an old house with a gracious stairway to the upper floors. The lack of an elevator will exclude some, but in my case, gracious staff members carried my luggage up and down with no effort on my part. The room and bed were comfortable. "The property was under construction and looked nothing like the photos. Then once getting in the room, the tub was so dirty that my mom grabbed the towels to clean it and they were completely black. She then threw them away and while Checking out, they tried to charge her for the towels she used to clean their dirty tub. Awful experience and will never book here again."
