"The staff were very helpful and I loved having a refillable water glass with their filtered tap water. The refrigerator was great, as well as the bed. The exercise room had what I needed and having the laundry room right next door was perfect to check on my laundry while I was doing my workout. Overall great experience! "

"Given the price, I was surprised to first get a room on the lower ground with the windows giving under street level and under stairs. But they were thankfully able to move me to an upper level room in the morning, which I was really grateful as I was staying there almost a week. Apart from that hiccup, the rest of my stay was great and the room really comfortable."

"I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae."

"Great place to stay all-around - incredibly friendly and helpful front desk, welcome was very warm in nature. Apartments were in great shape and had some simple amenities to help avoid basic grocery shopping. Location was central, close to everything and walkable - not a long way to haul suitcases from parking or transit."

"Lovely apartment, needed to use washing machine/dryer & parking on site was useful. We stayed on ground floor that was also the entry to reception so was noisy with people using the same entrance in front of our door at night. As well as bedroom being on the footpath we had people stop in front of our window smoking & talking for awhile whilst we trying to sleep.
