True North property has beautiful ocean front condos! This ocean side, (Unit 2) has the most amazing views of stunning, couple friendly and fun Carolina Beach NC! Located near the North end of the beach. Master and main area have balcony`s with ocean view and private beach access. 1 million+ renovations and newly decorated and new to Airbnb, True North is sure to be a key memory in your ocean stay. The night views of the incredibly bright stars are almost as beautiful as the daytime sunshine and sea.
True North are oceanfront condominiums, Unit 2 has one of the best views on the property and spectacular sunrises. Interior is newly decorated and is fresh and clean, includes everything you need to prepare your own meals, and all your bed and bath linen, everything to enjoy and have a sense of a home away from home for your entire stay. This condo has a spacious master suite with side ocean view from Juliette balcony and large nook located between the living room and master bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed.
The parking lot is free and has marked spaces. Each unit has one. There are also serval extra spaces un marked that can be used for extra cars but are on a first come first serve basis. There is also a public beach parking lot directly across the street from condos.
Condo located on the North End of Carolina Beach but still within 2 miles to the boardwalk and island attractions such as restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk carnival!
Pets are permissible with a fee of $100 per pet that will be requested separately and prior to your stay!
We want to make guests aware that there is some construction taking place next to our property. While work is being carried out during normal daytime hours, previous guests have shared that it has not impacted their stay or overall enjoyment. We strive to maintain a comfortable and relaxing environment, and we`re confident you`ll still be able to enjoy everything our property and the surrounding area have to offer. House Rules * No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the house and no parties, illegal substances or activities allowed on premises. *Please note if you wish to enjoy the ocean breeze with doors or windows open please turn off the AC. Failure to do so causes heavy condensation to drip from vents and stain walls and you will invoiced for this damage if it occurs. Thank you for understanding! * Supplies: Feel free to use any items in the fridge or pantry. Dishwasher tablets/ detergent can be found under the kitchen sink. * Pets: Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, please pick up and dispose of any leavings on the grounds. If there are any appearances of pet hair or stains on furniture you will be issued a invoice for professional cleaning. * Pets on the Beach: 4/1- 9/30 Leashed dogs allowed before 9am and after 5pm. 10/1- 3/31 Leashed dogs allowed all hours *Dogs never allowed on wooden boardwalk or boardwalk district * Outdoor Rinse Station: to rinse off beach sand before entering the house, please after beach activities *Beach towels are provided for you in the basket in the unit * Parking: There is 1 designated spot underneath the building, 1 per unit with a parking pass found inside unit upon checkin. Please put this pass in the dash where it is easily visible in your vehicle during your stay and leave on the counter upon your checkout. Unmarked vehicles will be towed in order to maintain the integrity of the private parking. Height restriction is 7ft, parking spots are standard size 9ft wide x 20ft deep. Larger vehicles may be a bit tight but still permissible. Public parking is just around the corner from us and is $25 per day on a first come basis.

Beautiful Views!
We loved our stay at True North. The view of the ocean was amazing. Place was clean and cute. Also there is a place to get breakfast and lunch food across the street which was handy. The only thing lacking was the bed was not as comfortable as it should have been. May be time for a new mattress. Other than that it was great! Thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect location
My husband and i stayed for 5 nights and loved it. Condo was very clean amd perfect location. Beach access right at your foot steps. Walking distance to a few restaurants. The views looking at the ocean from the balcony chairs was my favorite spot. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great space in a beautiful location.
The photos don't lie. You can roll out of bed and walk right down to the beach - no shirt, no shoes required. And beautiful deck to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning.
The space was perfect for two people and our dog. It was clean and well designed. There are a few pots, sauté pans, and casserole pans in the kitchen. Washer/dryer meant we could pack light. A few beach chairs and towels provided.
It was a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, 5ish to a great tiki bar with live music.
And there were some personal touches -- wine at check-in; local ground coffee; and a great welcome book -- that made the experience even better.
Kudos to the TrueNorth team for putting together a great beachfront experience.

Nice property close to everything
The property is a nice beach house split into several condo/apartment style units. The units are very nicely decorated, and everything was clean. It's evident that considerate people rent out the units, as amenities like coffee, linens, and beach/bath towels all came with the rental. We did have an issue with the listing stating 2 bedrooms when in reality it was only 1 bedroom, but this was remedied within hours of contacting the property manager when we were moved into a larger unit just across the hall. I see that the online listing has since been corrected.
Walking distance to a small convenience store that serves food (great breakfast sandwiches), a short drive to anywhere in Carolina Beach or the aquarium in Kure Beach, and it's always great to stay right on the beach.
