Carmel-By-The Sea this luxurious Home consists of 2 Vacation rentals. Each vacation rental consists of 1300 square feet of living space with two king bedrooms and en suite granite baths. OUR VACATION RENTAL IS PROFESSIONAL CLEANED WITH YOUR HEALTH IN MIND. WE LEAVE PLENTY OF PAPER PRODUCTS, HAND SANITIZER AND HAND SOAP FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE. Each vacation rental is the entire floor. Some guests prefer the second floor while others prefer the first floor. It's stunning interior features open concept living with a gourmet granite kitchen & center island with bar seating, dining area for 4, and living room with gas fireplace and large screen TV. The extra high beamed ceilings and large picture windows flood the living area with abundant light. All windows are dressed with custom Roman Shades for evening privacy. This sumptuous newly rebuilt vacation retreat is located in the heart of Carmel-By-The-Sea. Our newly rebuilt building consists of two levels. Set far back from the street this in town location offers amazing privacy. Each level has its separate entrance . Each level is a vacation rental and each vacation rental is the entire floor which is just over 1300 sq ft. per unit. This listing features the second level . VRBO listing #1620627 list the ground floor level. The floor plan on both levels is identical.
The interior floor plan is open concept and very spacious. The two king bedrooms are large in size and the en suite baths are tiled with walk-in showers. The bedrooms each have large closets and plenty of dresser storage. Each bedroom has a large screen TV and luxury linens.
The kitchen is well equipped for the most discriminating chef. Microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee grinder, food processor, spice rack and much more are all provided.

Park your 2 cars in the spacious driveway that is finished with landscape tiles. You will not be needing it to enjoy Carmel-By-The-Sea when you stay at this location. Forget the frustration of searching for a parking space because shops, art galleries and restaurants are all a very easy stroll. Located two blocks from Ocean Avenue you can walk to Carmel Beach in less than 10 minutes. We provide the beach chairs, beach towels and thermal bag. Pick-up your beach lunch from Bruno's Market just one street east or walk around the corner to the French Patisserie for your morning coffee and pastry. So many choices and so little time. Great Place Close to Everything

We had a great few days here! The apartment is comfortable, has everything you need for a short stay, and was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and Carmel Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The listing was very accurate and we had zero issues with the property. This place is the perfect location to explore Carmel by the sea. 15 minutes from the airport and walking distance from everything in town. Would highly recommend and stay there next time we visit.

Location location location

We have stayed here several times and the experience is consistently great. Just a block and a half from Carmel Plaza with parking provided for two vehicles. It is always sparkling clean, comfortable beds with high quality linens, and a fully well stocked kitchen.

First Time in Carmel and Best Place to Stay

We LOVED our stay in Carmel. Everything about the property was perfect for our girls getaway. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and located in such a wonderful location. We were close to EVERY restaurant that we wanted to try, we were able to walk to the beach for sunset, and I enjoyed an every-morning meander around the town. I wish I could have stayed a full week and hope to go back sometime soon. Recommendations: Belle Kitchens to learn how to make macarons Refuge Spa De Tierra Wine Tasting (go during live music) Nicolas Cocina Mexican Restaurant Pizza Heaven The Cheese Shop And leave yourself time to just enjoy the property - especially the patio/balcony

Fantastic rental!

Perfect location, extremely clean and well-stocked unit. We came for a 3 day trip with our children and were very happy with the rental. Great parking, walkable to all Carmel has to offer. Highly recommend!

House manager was helpful on any questions

Great location and nicely set up property. All the amenities are very nice. Coffee and half and half in fridge was a great touch. Bedding and towels were very lux just like you would do for yourself. Manager was delightful most the time. Out of scope was an odor in the unit. Issue was a mildew type smell when we first walked in. I put a washer cleaner pod in washer and it helped some but didn’t get the smell out. Ran taps etc and still … opened windows etc. It was an issue for me to have that smell In there. Daughter and husband were complaining about it too. Manager didn’t offer anyone to check or address while we were there. . I was surprised at no offer and recommended changing the gasket on washer after we left. And inspect after we left. An offer to come in would have been accepted. This issue should have been caught before we came and not first say the cleaners are just excellent as if I was wrong in assessment of smell. (Or 3 people wrong in my case) It did mar a bit the trip and being in the unit, So add to the clean score. Upper unit has a table for 2 for your use. Lower has a table for 4 that I noted. You have parking in front for 2 cars per unit in the property. Which is an advantage. Walkable to most. Manager allowed us to use the parking after check out time for a couple hours so that was nice. Beautiful place to visit. Out the door and you can walk hills through town to the ocean.

Beautiful location

The home was perfectly furnished and everything was in great order. Cleanliness was top notch, and overall we loved this property! Since we make an annual trip to Carmel, this will be somewhere we’d love to come back to again and again. Highly recommended.

Perfect!!

Clean and cozy place with the perfect location to everything! Charming neighborhood within walking distance (minutes!) to beach and downtown. We can’t wait to go back and agreed it was the best visit to Carmel we’ve had.
