"The heating AC system didn't work; we were absolutely freezing. We had to turn the unit off completely because it was impossible to set it to warm it just wouldn't work. It kept blowing cold air the whole time. I had booked a room with one king-size bed, but instead, I got two small beds. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this hotel."

"Clean room; staff, breakfast!!"

"I had a pretty good stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would definitely consider staying here again."

"Property and rooms are well maintained. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We stay there a few times a year and have referred friends to that site on many occasions."

"Room was beautiful and clean! A perfect stay about 10-15 minutes from the Glass House Concert Hall. Breakfast isn’t free so my sister and I passed on it. It has a big, beautiful and spacious lobby with wonderful staff who helped us at check-in with making sure we got a clean room! Bedding was very comfy, pillows were a bit flat. It’s a great spot in a plaza with plenty of food and drink options. We’ll definitely come back if we’re in Pomona again, thank you!!"
