Cute little 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Larger bedroom has a Queen bed, smaller bedroom with two twin beds. Simple living room with futon and chair-bed can sleep another two. Furnished kitchen with built-in dining nook. There is a yard on the side of the home through which there is access to the laundry which is shared with the 1 bedroom house next door.

Did the job

We came to stay for 2 nights as we toured the nearby caverns. The house met our needs very well. It is a cute well-decorated older home in a not so pretty neighborhood but that didn’t necessarily detract from our stay. I’ll say the wifi details were different than the list but was easily resolved. Also, there are cats that live under the house apparently as I could smell their distinctive markings and we heard several fight the first night.

⁸Carlsbad house near downtown

Great experience! Carlsbad neighborhoods are not picturesque, however it was in a nice quiet neighborhood and was quite comfortable. The house is quite small and designed for only one family. It appears to have been built during the 1940s or 50s, if not earlier. However, it served our needs very well! Just be aware it is an older home and small.

Cozy and Cute

It was close enough to everything in town. Simple and sweet. Everything we needed for a Cavern Adventure as a family. The host was quick to respond with any and all questions amd the twin beds were so comfortable. I would stay here again.

Carlsbad cutie

This is charming little home with all you need for a stay in Carlsbad. It has been revamped but it is obviously an older home with smaller living spaces. The neighborhood appears to be in a transition process but we had no problems of any kind. It was a great place to stay for the night while we visited the caverns.

Wonderful Experiance

Our stay was great! We had a little delay getting entry, however the host was quick to resolve the issue and made sure we got in. She even reached out during our stay to make sure we knew about a festival that was taking place. Over all our experience was wonderful!

Cozy Carlsbad

Great location in Carlsbad to restaurants and cafes. Property was clean and well decorated. Very much enjoyed our stay!

The house itself was cozy and cute. The amenities were acceptable. The bathroom and the neighborhood of the house itself were the biggest drawbacks.

Cute home

This house was super cute and cozy. We came to town for the weekend to hike. The house had everything we needed, which meant less to pack. I like that. The property was easy to find, the owners answered us quickly if we needed anything. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again if I go back that way. The price was on point, they offered up great suggestions for food in the area. Which we took there suggestion vs cooking. We were tired after hiking. Thank you for having us. It was a great trip.

Adequate & clean

The property was clean, well-equipped and adequate for our needs. It needs some TLC/repairs (fronnt porch, bathroom door, tub lining). And it could use some minor upgrades like more electric plugs in the bedrooms.

Quaint

Clean and just what we needed for the night, but the house could have used a few touch ups. Window film was coming off so the neighbors had a clear view in, couch foot was broken and hall closet wouldn't close. Would have been super to have had a front door mat too. We kept dragging in all sorts of stickers in the house going from the house to the car. Heater was amazing, and shower was nice and hot though!

Big downgrade. Photos show three beds. We get there only two. Three guys expecting a bed for each. Big disappointment. Otherwise it was fine.

Very clean, cute little house

We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the effort put into making it cozy. It was a nice place to stay while we visited the Callverns.
