Park Plaza Cardiff
"The room was lovely. It was clean and the bed comfortable. The shower had great pressure. Staff were all really nice and friendly. I didn't get to the spa or pool but everything was great for a wonderful stay. Also, very close to Cardiff Castle, the city center area, and the university."

"Upgraded to an Executive Room but nothing in the Executive Lounge @ 1:00 - no soft drinks, water, coffee or snacks, told it didn't start until 3 pm (on check-in) Whole idea was to have somewhere to relax after a 1.5 hour drive.
