"Staff were friendly and always available when needed. breakfast, there was plenty of choice and it was hot, could do with mugs instead of cups save going up and down a coffee machine with choices would have been better, like the one in the bar and reception."

Future Inns Cardiff Bay
"We got a suite with a king bed and a sofabed in a connecting room. Both rooms were clean. AC operational, a must during a heatwave. The one down side was only q out of the two elevators were working."

Cardiff Marriott Hotel
"Upgraded to an Executive Room but nothing in the Executive Lounge @ 1:00 - no soft drinks, water, coffee or snacks, told it didn't start until 3 pm (on check-in) Whole idea was to have somewhere to relax after a 1.5 hour drive. Note alcohol was not available until 5pm. - licensing?? Has requested ..."
