"Nice house in a family neighborhood in the Rancho Penasquitos section of San Diego, across the street from Mt Carmel HS. Parks and trails nearby and close access to freeways. House is large & clean, 3 bedroom 3 bath plus a living room converted into a sleeping space, and a large dining area and living room. All of the rooms look newly remodeled and have TVs. "Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...
