A charming villa in a peaceful location with a private swimming pool and sea view.



Villa Polifemo is hard to beat if you are looking for a large villa for either family or friends. Located on the stunning island of Capri, Villa Polifemo can easily accommodate up to 9 people and boasts its own private pool (8x4 m, open from May 15 to September 30), private terrace and garden.



However, should you wish to leave and explore the rest of the island, the beach is just 3 km away and guests can easily walk to Piazzetta di Capri in under 20 minutes (including stairs).



Finally, all guests love the panoramic sea view of the bay of Marina Piccola. Access to the villa from the main street is via around 100 steps (we recommend the luggage service that can be organized in advance on request).

Would not recommend

I would not recommend this property. You are very secluded from the main squares , very big hike to get up to villa and house was dusty and felt dirty. The most upsetting thing is the locks on the doors didn't work properly and when inquiring a couple times on how to lock doors we were mislead and told not to worry about locking them that it was safe! But we were robbed while at dinner. One member of our party stayed back that night and heard them and was terrified. Needless to say we are super disappointed and don't want this to happen to another family.
