Spacious country house with private, fenced pool, wonderful covered terrace and big child friendly garden. Aircondition and wifi.



This completely renovated house is located in the countryside, in an area south-east of Lucca at the foot of the hills that separate the provinces of Lucca and Pisa. A central starting point to visit the northern part of Tuscany, including the coast. The area called "Compitese" is still unexplored with small characteristic villages where time seems to have stopped. In the area there are several small nice trattorias where you can enjoy the local food.

The house is surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees since the owner himself is a wine producer and a fruit grower.



In the 1200 m2 large, beautiful garden there is a private, fenced swimming pool measuring 6 x 12 meters with a depth of 1.40. Around the pool there are sun beds and parasols. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.



The house is divided into two floors and consists of:

Entrance along two steps to the living room with fireplace, smart tv, dvd and double sofa bed, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower. A spacious kitchen with dining area (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, espresso machine, microwave, washing machine). From the kitchen there is access to the garden and to the furnished, covered terrace with barbeque.



On the first floor with sloping ceilings and exposed wooden beams there is a double room with private bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, another double bedroom with direct access onto a large terrace which overlooks the wine and fruit farms. The decor is rustic with a homely Tuscan country style.



Aircondition on the first floor. Internet wifi, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron, table tennis, parking within the property.

Rustikales Landhaus mit Pool

Anlage sehr rustikal nett, Haus und Pool groß, Sauberkeit ist stark verbesserungswürdig, eine Renovierung von Außenanlagen, Bädern, Küche und Außengrill sowie Entrümpelung der Einrichtung wäre wünschenswert, ebenso Algenreinigung des Poolbeckenrandes. Endreinigung nach Vorbewohnern war inkomplett. Pfannen wurden von uns erneuert. Klimatisierung (Extra) sehr gut. Umgebung landwirtschaftlich geprägt, durch Bewässerungskanäle stark mit Moskitos belastet, Fliegengitter an Fenstern nicht konsequent überall angebracht, daher nutzlos. WIFI mit sehr geringer Bandbreite und kurzer Reichweite verbesserungswürdig. Anfahrt über staubigen und holprigen Feldweg, schwierig zu finden, SUV oder Geländewagen für Anfahrt bevorzugt.

Perfect family setting

We enjoyed our family get together over the holidays at this wonderful property. The family greeted as well and were in contact with us to make sure things went according to plan. The place is very large and has room for everybody. Although we went out winter I can see that it’s a warm property and would suit spring and summer time and fall beautifully. It was a little cold during the winter but the warmth of the area our family and the owners was exceptional.

Excellent séjour

Tout était parfait et à la hauteur de nos attentes , seul petit bémol vite oublié ... quelques difficultés pour arriver à destination essentiellement dues au problème de langue .

Very good place for a big family or a group of friends

We were three families with young kids and we had a very good time there (good setup for everyone to have its own space). The villa is nicely appointed, the setting in the peach trees is beautiful and the owner gave us regularly loads of peaches. The pool is big and secured. The one thing that bothered us were the mosquitoes... Lots of them. We also had bees and wasps but the owner took care of it quickly. There is a lot to do around this area within 20-40min drive. 2 min drive away there is a small airfield for remote controlled planes and that's really cool. Communicating with Elizabeth was easy and efficient. We would go back for sure this place is highly recommended. Thanks!

Das Objekt und die Lage waren sehr schön. DerPool war ein Hammer, genau so wie auf den Fotos. Wir waren drei Familien, und alle genossen den Urlaub sehr. Vielen Dank an sie Gastfamilie.

Fantastic villa close to Lucca and Pisa

Comfortable, nicely appointed villa - better that the pictures. Comfortable beds and pillows. This villa has everything you need and it was a pleasure staying here. It is close to everything, Lucca, Pisa, the beach, Florence and we also went to 5 Terre one day. I will be returning.

Fantastic for family gathering

We loved this villa. It was very well prepared for us, perfectly clean. It is very suitable for kids with the big flat garden - the pool has recently been fenced the owners told us and actually you can not see it on the pictures - that made us feel more sicure with the kids. The owner Lorenzo is very helpfull and came with peaches from his own trees. That was lovely. Elisabeth arranged for a local mamma to come and cook for us one evening. Great experience. Thanks for that. We can for sure recommend this place - everything was absolutly perfect.

Great family place - you can walk to restaurant. Spectacular pool.

The house was absolutely lovely and it was good to be within walking distance of the restaurant. We really enjoyed the pool and beeing so close to everything. Can highly recommend this villa and the owners are just lovely. By the way, we had a "cooking mamma" over for a night. That was great fun and what a meal. We will be back.

Beautiful Villa

The house is very well equipped and close to Luca and everything was as shown in the photos, very spacious and comfortable. The place is very quiet. We were 13 people (4 families) and we were very comfortable. The very spacious and fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The rooms were comfortable. In the month of March it was a little cold and we used the heating that worked perfectly. From here we visit in a lot of places in 4 days (Luca, Pisa, Florence, Siena). At 4 km there is a supermarket and Luca is very close. Both Elisabeth and the owner Lorenzo treated us very well at all times. To visit Tuscany for several days this house is a good place to rest. We had a lovely vacation and we highly recommend this property.
