The Space:
This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers comfort with a king suite, a queen room with an attached twin sofa couch and trundle, and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for families or groups.
★" Beautiful house , super clean provided everything we needed , 5 minutes from tubing on Guadalupe river, beautiful view from balcony, beds were comfy, plenty of towels for all guests fully stocked kitchen, host was very fast to respond if we needed anything , wish the lake was closer but we had a great time and will definitely go back. Thank u"

Guest Access:
Guests can access the residence using their exclusive door code, which remains active for the duration of their stay..
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood offers a friendly atmosphere, making it ideal for families. With easy access to major roads, local shops, parks, and good schools, residents enjoy convenient amenities. The combination of recreational options and community engagement enhances its appeal for those seeking a welcoming environment.
Other Things to Note:
• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys..
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.
• Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.
• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
• Outdoor Grill: Propane gas grill. Please clean out the grill after every use.
• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.
• Critters: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property.
• Pets: Please note if pets are not previously approved before check-in, a charge of $400 per pet will be charged to unauthorized pets.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkout. Please message us for more details.
• Lake Levels: the lake is at 55%, and therefore may not be lakefront at the moment
Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.
LINENS/TOWELS:
Beds are made using fine bamboo/cotton blend sheets. Please use care when enjoying the linens and bedding at the property.
Bath towels are provided for guests: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth per guest per stay (for two-night stays). Additional towels will be provided for longer stays.
