"The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...

"It was a nice and spacious rental. Quiet street. Beds were comfortable. A very short drive to anything in Asheville. 3 nice breweries within a mile from the property. One of them has amazing BBQ. Riverside Rapsody Brewing. Beaver Lake and the botanical gardens were also very close and fun to explore. One thing I want to mention is the parking. There are 2 spots for guests with extra parking on the street. The 2 spots are not that large, though we were able to make the parking work....

"The space was large, incredibly clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom, well lit with the giant wall of windows. Parking situation couldn't have been easier. My only complaint was the noise. There was a loud repetitive drone that I originally thought was coming from the brewery across the street but eventually was convinced was coming from the roof above the room. "My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this penthouse. The location was sublime, under 10 minute uber ride to downtown, and an easy walk to several great spots like Archetype Brewing and Early Girl. The apartment was super clean, and had some really nice finishes. We enjoyed beers on the beautiful balcony before going out for the night. Dedicated parking space and easy to find. 10/10 would definitely stay again!"
