"We needed a place to stay that was convenient to return our rental car as well as catch the train to Rome and this place delivered. It was easy to find and check in to. It was clean, well appointed and practically brand new. There is a small grocery store and a few restaurants near by. We also found a bus up to the top of Orvieto conveniently located a block away. "Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top."

"We had a lovely time at FonteLiving. My 85 year old mother was very impressed and happy with the super clean room, kitchen and bathroom facilities provided.
The view from our spacious balcony was stunning and gave us the perfect reason to stay as much as possible at the property. We enjoyed sipping the Tuscan wine from our balcony.
Julia and staff were very helpful and friendly and took care of us from pickup till drop off at Chiusi C. Terme.
