"Breakfast had very limited options, and the property lacks basic amenities like a gym, pool, or bar. The kitchen closes early, and once it’s locked, guests can’t even use the only microwave on-site at night. The security guards are also quite strict, not allowing drivers to use the restroom or briefly stop to deliver items or pick up guests, which made things inconvenient."

"After a small mishap with the housekeeping which was rectified immediately we throughly enjoyed our stay. Pool was refreshing and quiet. Area around hotel was busy with main road to airport right outside but could not hear any traffic noise. Hotel curtesy shuttle at different times into the city and pick up too. Can organise drop off to airports. Breakfast was amazing. Best we’ve had out of all the hotels we have stayed in over the past two weeks. "

"The Airconditioning didn't work even though they said it did. I was told by a friend that booked a month earlier the same. It's a terrible shame because it's a nice hotel and the people are great. However sleeping in sweat is not ideal."

The pool and bar were great. Breakfast had a large buffet selection so could choose something different daily."

"when we come to room and find out one comforter cover had a lot of hairs. After they changed that one, we found some stain on other cover. they have to change again. We called front dask for ice, they told us we have to change with the bar and bartender told us we have to paid for the ice. I have stayed so many hotels and never hear that we have to pay for the ice. We check with front dask again they don't have anything to said. that is mean we have to pay. "
