"The check in staff Jacob was excellent. He gave me the names for all the front desk and maintance man. Informed of breakfast and where the dinning room was. The next two mornings I was given the choice of ordering a hot breakfast. It was cooked to perfection. The dinning room staff was very attentive. I had mosquitos fly into my room. "Front desk was very kind and welcoming. Room was not very clean. I did not sit on the couch due to stains and smell. Carpet had nasty stains, wear shoes!. Outlets in bathroom and near vanity did not work. had to get ready in the kitchen with no mirror. Same day as check out I realized we left 2 of my Husbands Tommy Bahama shirts hanging in the closet. I called and was told nothing was found. HMMMMM I guys a maids husband is enjoying them now. KARMA"

"I checked in pretty late and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, there was a decent little snack store and a decent breakfast in the morning. The morning staff was also very helpful and granted me a late checkout that I unfortunately didn’t end up utilizing. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely look into booking here first. Also in n out is right down the street so, can’t get much better."

"Property was conveniently located for our needs and our room was well appointed. Staff is excellent. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets are not soft, nor did they stay on the bed. The king mattress was too big for the box spring and made horrible sounds everytime you sat or moved on it. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Air conditioning was loud. "Pros: Staff is very kind and accommodating! The swimming pool is very nice and heated and the jacuzzi is nice too. Lake is pretty. Cons: Continental breakfast is literally just fruit, hard boiled eggs, tea/coffee, and some not very good pastries. Disappointed with the breakfast. Also the fitted bed sheet kept coming off the bed after we untucked the main blankets because it’s so thin (I can’t sleep with the big blankets tucked in). The hand soap bar in the bathroom is not good it leaves a waxy...

"This is my go to cheap and cheerful hotel for a quick weekend stay in palm desert. The hotel is an excellent location. It is no frills but it is always clean. The staff is friendly, and there is plenty of free parking. The pool is very small so beware of that. Memorial weekend we tried to go to the pool on three separate occasions and it was so full we couldn’t get in with our bumping into to other people are children. If you don’t care about pool time, then I highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff at this hotel were absolutely shocking. I was made to feel like a second class citizen and my treatment because I had a service dog was disgusting. Bill and Rose were vile. I understand they are allowed to ask what service the dog performs they do not have the right to sneer or treat me as a liar because I’m not in a wheelchair anymore and my dog doesn’t wear a vest. In the end I showed him the massive scar on my back. I stopped putting his vest on because it’s over 100 degrees...
