"The check in was amazing and hotel staff are lovely. Room was very clean, we stayed for a week. Would have liked the room to be cleaned once during our stay which didn't happen, room was small and the carpet become dirty. The view was amazing from outside our room. The stairs to get to our room were problematic as they were aged, and felt unsafe. Loved the location, very close to local shops where you coukd drive or walk, and the local park. I booked a 1 bed property but was surprised to receive a 3 bed but only used 1. I did find that a few windows were left open, bathroom exhaust fans were running and the back door was unlocked but nothing had been touched internally. The bed was very comfortable. "This is the ultimate self contained apartment literally a stone's throw from the platform at Newcastle Interchange. We only stayed for one night to see a show at Civic Theatre but if we head back for a longer time to explore Newcastle we'll try and stay here! The property, as i mentioned is close to the train station, light rail station, bus Interchange and ferry wharf. Apart from transport the accommodation is close to a major shopping complex (Marketown) as well as numerous restaurants, cafes...

"We were pleasantly surprised by the room, it was clean, bright and spotless, the kitchen had a microwave, toaster and kettle, fridge and freezer. There was air conditioning which kept the room nice and cool. The bathroom was lovely, hand wash and shampoo and conditioner was supplied. We had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return."
