"My room was great with a balcony with view, well working internwt and amenities- my friend however had a cockroach infestation in his room so he had to switch to anotger building, which also had a small infeststion of roaches in the bathroom. His room alsl lost power during the night."

"Our stay at Velea was fantastic. The building is only 2 years old, very modern, with continual maintenance as it shows no signs of wear like many places do. Pool and Gym facilities are on point. The staff always make a big difference, the staff at Velea were amazing. Chhean provided exceptional service, ensuring any requests were promptly followed up, and being just truly friendly and enthusiastic to assist , we appreciated him very much. The owners refunded the difference to us, and we liked the hotel so much that we stayed three days longer. The staff is extremely helpful and kind.
