The TV in our room was not working and when we asked about it we were told it was a problem with the signal and that it would be solved by 3-4 pm, by the next morning it was still not working and after asking again they told us that TV was not working. "Buen resort, mantenimiento bueno pero con áreas de mejora. La playa OK aunque la zona no es ni mucho menos equiparable a ninguna playa paradisíaca. Eso no es Koh Rong Sanloem. No son las Maldivas ni Filipinas. Playa tranquila y correcta. La piscina lo mejor del hotel. Restaurante bien para una estancia de 3 o 4 días, no más porque la carta queda corta y poco saludable. Sin opciones veganas."

"Eine tolle Unterkunft mit schönen Bungalows an einem Traumstrand mit Palmen. Wir waren total überwältigt! Weißer Sand und türkises, kristallklares Wasser waren dort vorzufinden. Die Liegen am Strand waren bequem, mit dicken Auflagen versehen und weit auseinander. Unser Beachfront Bungalow war sehr geräumig, mediteran eingerichtet,das Bad modern. Der verglaste Pool mit Liegen darin hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, gerne haben wir darin einen Cocktail getrunken und der Blick zum Strand war...

"Es de los mejores hoteles de la zona sin ninguna duda. El personal es muy agradable. No te ponen ningún problema. Lo malo, falta limpieza tanto en la habitación como las zonas comunes y dar mas confort al viajero. No hay agua caliente, no cambian las toallas y falta mejorar las instalaciones del complejo. Como detalle, cuando llovía mucho nos mojaba la cama y eso no tendría que pasar…"

We arrived around 11 a.m., and the room was not ready yet, but they process the early check-in for us and invited us to relax by the pool until the room was ready."

"Great location with infinity swimming pool and restaurant overlooking the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Easy walk to the other side of the island to snorkel, renting the snorkel etc. from the padi office at the hotel. Plenty of bars/restaurants with lively evening entertainment and places to book activities (the trip to swim with the bioluminescent plankton at night is amazing and highly recommended!) along the beach. "The island is a paradise and the beach at the tube is the most beautiful of the beaches on the island. The staff are the friendliest, most helpful people that I have ever encountered. "

"Great location - quiet end of the beach! The bungalows were lovely. Hospitality wasn’t great - not he warm welcome and customer service we’d had before coming to the islands. Sun beds on the beach were a great bonus although you need to get out early as there’s not enough for all paying guests."
