"It was the perfect dog friendly place for us ! We will definitely be back to stay here on our return trips to Cumberland to visit family. Donna was a wonderful host. Check in was a breeze.The Cozy Cottage was comfortable, extremely clean ,located near the interstate yet feeling very countryside which we prefer. "Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!"

"The property is very accommodating. I stayed there along with 3 other adult alumni friends. It was within walking distance of anywhere we wanted to explore and relive our past. Patrick is a fantastic host - readily available to answer questions with swift responses. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Frostburg as a group of 3"

"We had a great time at the Cozy Tiny House! The house is so cute and relaxing. Very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the bottled water and coffee supplies. We loved the hot tub, but did need to add some water. We got sprayed by the jets because of the initial water level but we thought it was funny. We loved the town of Meyersdale. "Perfect spot for our family to enjoy Frostburg State University Homecoming weekend. We were able to all relax and have enough space and it allowed our daughter to stay with us and we could have some of her friends over for a meal. The private backyard allowed us to bring a yard game and play that on a beautiful fall evening. Excellent weekend to watch our daughter play rugby on Sunday. Check in and checkout were easy as well."

"The loft was just the prescription that two very tired people needed! The cozy atmosphere, and beautiful decor made it such a great place to rest. My husband loved the pond and caught so many fish! We took a few “day trips” to nearby attractions and ate at several restaurants in town, such good food!!!! "
