"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and beds were surprisingly comfortable for international standards. Only complaint was that cabbies found it difficult to find the place. Other than that, excellent value for the money. Highly recommend."

Bed in dorms was nice, with privacy curtain, small storage underneath (larger backpacks did not fit so they were in the way in the hallway). Also a cubby with key for storing away small valuables. "This hostel is a gem. I am surprised it was not filled with tourist. The hotel is clean and amenities are great. The hotel is located down an alley, so the outside appearance look sketchy. The inside is another story. The area is located near MBK area and close to other tourist attractions. I recommend this stay for solo travelers. You will not be disappointed. "

"We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!"
