"The listing is exactly like the property!! It was beautiful and modern. The owner was a delight to work with. It felt like a home and everyone in my party enjoyed it. Only downfall was the lack of cooking items in the kitchen that would have been helpful (were a family that enjoying a cooking while on vacation): a cutting board, rubber spatula, tongs, maybe a few more pots and pans. "We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The communication after booking was excellent and made the check-in process very easy. There is one parking spot designated and it was close to the entrance. The condo was very clean and had all the basics provided. Access to laundry was so nice and detergent was provided. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. Perfect space for our family. The view was beautiful! We hope to stay here again!"

"Condo was spacious and clean. It is dated some, but clean. The master bed mattress was really bad. It sloped towards the middle and you felt every movement. The boat slip is not setup for bass boats, but larger pontoons or ski boats. It has exposed metal pipe on the sides that can gouge/scratch your boat if you get under them. "Loved the feel of this place. Everyone we dealt with seemed on board with making this a successful resort and making every guest feel welcomed. Loved the music that was pipeded throughout the resort, a nice mix with a jazzy mix that provides a vacation soundtrack. Fishing didn't pan out but we enjoyed ourselves despite that due to the ambiance of the place. "

"Nicely remodeled condo on the first floor. Very clean and nice yet lacking some common amenities such as a hair dryer for the ladies. Remember to bring your own shampoo / soaps and such as they are not provided. Host property manager was responsive and we had a trouble free stay. Location was great too."

"We were in town to visit family. This VRBO was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and new. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the breakfast bars, coffee and tea supplied. Filtered water system in the fridge was appreciated. The water for the showers was hot, strong and plentiful. Parking inside the garage was nice and not often offered. The location was right in the heart of the city. Perfect!"

"The condo is brand new and sooo nice. The living area is large and accommodating to groups for gathering to eat and watch TV. The bedrooms are nice sized. It is advertised as a 3-bedroom, 3-bath. It should be 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. The half bath is on the main living room floor. There are two full bathrooms in the top floor with the bedrooms. The host was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to check out a little late. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to Columbia...

"Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed the large space of this condo and the fantastic view. The host was quick to respond. We appreciated the comfortable atmosphere. If I had to nitpick and find something that could have made our stay better, it would have been a softer mattress in the primary room - for me it was quite stiff and I have back problems. Another is the amount of stairs you have to climb - but that I knew ahead of time. Would definitely consider staying again."
