"Room immaculate. Well appointed. Breakfast choices varied and well cooked. The Whistle Stop Cafe is below the rooms and the food is excellent. Great atmosphere. Carla and her team are very welcoming and friendly.
I thoroughly recommend a stay at The Station Guest House."

"It was the most relaxing weekend you could ask for, it was so peaceful and the staff were amazing. Can’t recommend enough a weekend at Retreat East. Also the spa and food was amazing. "

"We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. "
