"The rental was neat, clean, and efficient. Megan gave excellent detailed directions on parking and accessing the house properly.The recent 20" of snow at the time of our visit in a cute closely knit neighborhood definitely could have made things a challenge but everything had been cleared out well. Our fluffy puppy Mona was with us and there was a neatly shoveled area in the yard for Mona to get outside. The kitchen space was efficient and provided all the necessary conveniences. "Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. "
