Horrible check in

The place is OK, but the check in process is unnecessarily complicated. Numerous emails, logins, requests to download apps, security codes etc... Simply to get the info of how to check in. Also, the place where the key must be picked up has no parking. I got a fine for illegal parking simoly to give the key back. Had to phone and hold on for ages to figure out where the uniys parking is. Rally horribke experience. Simoky swnd an emaik stating the unit adress, number, location of parking, wifi password etc. Also, wifi did not work and aircon made a horrible noise which i reported but never got fixed
