"My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The elevator felt shaky and smelled like marijuana and urine, and the hallways had a sewage odor. The room had stains on the couch and walls, and the bathroom did not seem properly cleaned. The pool was closed during our stay, which was frustrating.
The breakfast was okay, but the biggest issue was the front desk staff. An older woman and older man working the desk were rude and unwelcoming. When I asked for shampoo and conditioner, the woman rolled her...

"The room had a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. It was great having a freezer. But, there were no dishes. There was a stove top, but no pots or pans. The front desk said they removed all that during COVID.
My car battery was dead one morning and the front desk had no jumper cables.
The handicap accessible rooms are the farthest ones from the elevator.
On every stay, the second floor smelled like marijuana. Some guys smoked in their vehicle or in the far corner of the parking lot....

"This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations.
The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

"Jessica and Kathy were the BEST employees during our three-night stay at this location. Their friendliness and going out of their way to help me were the best part of staying here.
Rooms - sketchy AC and very humid at times. No AC in the halls which seemed weird.
Beds were very comfortable and the Down-alternative pillows were GREAT.
Bathroom - very clean
Breakfast - good selection and even a vegetarian option Sunday.
Amenities - didn't use any.
Only one elevator was in use. With multiple...
