Come and enjoy your vacation in this incredibly beautiful home, with stunning views of Table Rock Lake! Everything is new and looking fresh, and the location is perfect, VERY close to Silver Dollar City!

The Space:
Experience breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake, just minutes from Silver Dollar City. Nestled on Indian Point, this spacious open-concept home is perfect for gatherings with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, and the main floor opens to a patio featuring a private hot tub, grill, seating area, TV, and firepit.

The community boasts a fantastic outdoor pool with a waterslide and splash pad, an inviting indoor pool area, several firepits, a neighborhood playground, and is conveniently located near Indian Point Marina for all your lake activities!

Enjoy some time in, next to the incredible stone fireplace that reaches the ceiling in the family room, or head on out to the back deck for some fresh Ozark air while relaxing in the private hot tub! Located on the upper level of the home is a bonus game room, filled with board games and billiards, that we're sure the kids will LOVE.

Other Things to Note:
The house and surrounding area is amazing. The road in front of the gets steep the last 50 yards. It is also one-way. There are five separate parking spaces designated for the you in front of the house. No stair to the entrance, there is a ramp into the house.

SDC Family Getaway

This property was just as listed and suited our need for our stay on this trip. It was located very close to Silver Dollar City. Everything was in working order and unit was well stocked. Hot tub was very relaxing. It was very spacious for our family of 12, only con is that there was seating for 8 in the living area making it hard to convene in that one area, but we made it work. Would highly recommend this unit to any group traveling to this area.

No slide was a disappointment for kids

Huge, well laid out home. Very noisy to carry on conversations bc of no carpet and tall ceilings. We were not informed that the slides at the pool were torn down and being built back so they were closed. We chose this location bc of the pool slides for gr kids. So that was a real disappointment. They swim every day at a pool but the slides were something special.Plenty of parking but an incredibly steep hill. Beds were ok. Nice back deck, but fireplace and tv did not work out there. Overall spacious home for hanging out and visiting.

Family friendly home with 7 baths!

Our family of 13, 6 adults and 7 kids stayed in this awesome 5 bedroom house with 7 baths. The house gave us all room to move about yet plenty of space to hang out together. We had a few minor issues with tv remotes, but the company was willing to take care of them. We said we would be fine. Another issue was a very slow dripping coffee pot which I had told them about. We were gone to SDC for the day and when we got back to the house we had a brand new coffee pot!!! We would definitely stay in this great house again!!!

Family vacation

The house it self was beautiful and spacious for our family. The back deck was nice and the view of the lake was amazing. We tired to use the fireplace on the deck, but didn't work. The biggest problem we had was the cleaning service did not do a good job, I understand that you can't get everything, but things like the microwave and the wall oven weren't even cleaned. There was food splattered in the microwave and oven was just plane dirty, they do have 2 ovens so we just used the other one and it was clean. Underneath the all the beds there were small piles of dust, they needed to be cleaned. I found a pile of pills (about 5 total) left on a self in the downstairs bathroom, so that tells me it wasn't even cleaned or they would have found them.

Nice property and layout

We stayed here for a family wedding. The pin drop of location was off and we thought we were higher up the hill but that was ok. Corner lot was nice. Outdoor fireplace was not in working order and we didn’t have many kitchen cloths and towels. We used the hot tub a lot! Plenty of towels for showers. The bunk beds’ mattresses were thin, even for kids. We ended up putting the mattresses on the floor and doubling them up. View and location were great!
