Renter Beware! This property had black hair everywhere on the counters, bed sheets, bathroom floors along with dirty silverware mixed in with used white plastic spoons with grimy wine glasses. After complaining about the cleanliness and letting the property manager know about other problems like the coffee maker barely working because of the descale light was on, the garage code didn't work, nor did it open from the inside which I sent pictures and videos, they instructed us to just clean it ourselves and a cleaning crew would show up which didn't happen. The worst part is this property is right next to a busy road so you hear cars all day and night plus they have an outdoor motion light which goes off all night due to the cars driving by and shining into the master bedroom all night through shutters that don't close properly and when I asked how to turn off the bright pool light at night which shines in the other master bedroom window they told me to figure out how to turn it off myself so getting a good night sleep is impossible. To put the icing on the cake, when I asked for a Noon checkout time instead of the 10am due to an afternoon flight, they offered a 11am checkout for 100!! They also said if I don't roll out their trashes even though we didn't use them, they would fine us 100. There were more issues, but I think you get the picture. Stay away from this property if at all possible! BRUTAL!
