"This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a business traveler on a budget."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 4 nights! The convenience to the airport and surrounding Sarasota and beaches was great. We spent time with our elderly father during the day and were happy to unwind and relax every evening. We enjoyed the restaurant on location along with the marina views and calm breezes. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The property owners were excellent with communication and attention to detail. We hope to visit again soon!"

"There is actually 2 door handles you have to turn when unlocking the smart lock. In 902 b there is not a stove or instructions for the toaster oven to use it. There was mold on the patio cushions and hammock. Other then that area was quiet and close to where we needed to go."

I loved it, and I recommend it 1000%!Yes have all the amenities they listed. Thanks candy."

The owners would have sent someone, but it was getting late and we made it work. I would rent this place again, although I thought the price was a little steep for what you get...the bonus is Chick-fil-A is literally around the...
