Please help keep the home clean and tidy — and most importantly, enjoy yourself and the beauty of the surrounding area. You are responsible for the safety of yourself and any guests in your group. We take great pride in preparing the home for each stay, and an inventory is taken before each arrival.

🚭 NO SMOKING INDOORS
Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
There is a designated smoking area outside.
Smoking indoors will result in immediate termination without refund.

🎥 SECURITY CAMERAS
The property is monitored by outdoor cameras only.
These record video and audio for safety.
There are NO cameras inside the home.
Disabling or covering the cameras will terminate your rental agreement without refund.

🐜 A QUICK NOTE ABOUT FLORIDA
This is Florida, you may occasionally see a palmetto bug or other insects. Even with regular, professional pest control and thorough cleaning, this can still happen.

A first aid kit is available in the home for guest use.
Nearby hospitals and urgent care centers are just minutes away if needed.

📜 HOUSE RULES ENFORCEMENT
Failure to observe house rules may result in the termination of your rental agreement without refund.
