They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. The hotel is in a really sketchy neighborhood so beware. I stayed here for a conference and caught a short Lyft to the convention center daily. I would not walk outside the hotel. I walked two blocks to a store once and it was a scary experience. "
