Lee was a responsive host. Unfortunately, a last-minute hospital stay necessitated a minor change in our travel dates. Lee accommodated the last-minute change graciously.Please note that the stairs in the photographs lead to the sole entrance to the house. Although this was not clearly indicated in the description, the photographs do not accurately depict the situation. Consequently, my disabled mother was unable to access the property. (hoping this is addressed and explained in the description moving forward)Additionally, while the surfaces of the property appeared visually clean, there was an overall odor of musky mold and other unpleasant substances. Given our health concerns, phyiscal challenges and immunosuppression issues, we were unable to stay at the house.Despite not using the property, no partial refunds were offered or given. We were hoping for at least the cleaning fee back as the home was not used and we had to make last minute arrangements otherwise.Overall the House is a good deal financially, unfortunately was not suitable for our needs.
