"Stay was peaceful. Front door could use blinds or curtains it was a little creepy at night. Hot tub had leaves and such it could have been cleaner. And firepit outside was not functional, out of propane or something and we didnt feel like dealing with it to ask about fixing it we just didnt spend as much time outdoors as we would have had it worked. Bed frame also moved a lot on the hardwoods very creaky. Needs a rug under it or more heavy frame. Overall good experience. "

"Great little getaway cabin. Some hiking trails in the area were still closed, but the hosts gave excellent alternatives. Loved being able to bring our dogs. We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The weather was cool and the hot tub was great! Thank you guys for having such a clean cabin and providing all the necessities to enjoy our stay."

"We fully enjoyed our stay at Sitting Bear cottage. It was super clean and perfectly outfitted for us to enjoy the fall leaves with family. "I was so excited when i saw this listing and seeing it in person did NOT disappoint. It was even better than expected! The owners were so kind and helpful and I loved getting to spend time with the farm animals! Make sure you bring an apple or two for Dusty! "

"The inside of the cabin is beautiful! Some of the pictures makes you believe you have access to the lake. You do not! It is owned by a camp ground and they have no choice words to make sure you know it and stay away. Keys are in a lock box but my communication said they would be under a mat. Never was communicated the code to the lock box until the owners mother happen to drive by. She seemed more surprised than I did that I hadn't been told. They claim the wifi operates without a password but...
