Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
The property itself, inside that is, is very beautiful. It was clean and had everything you could think of for cooking etc. Of course we didn't get a chance to use much of that since we were asked to leave The next morning. When we arrived it was late and very very dark. I did not understand that we were supposed to go through a gate. a gated community. So when we saw a machine that required a code we didn't know what to do. Apparently I did not see the email sent earlier by the host. When I texted her for help she responded but refused to call us saying she was in a class and couldn't call. We never received a phone number although I begged her to call and help us. To me I believe you should help a renter even if inconvenienced. We were frantic. After getting the code we got in but couldn't find the cabin. No porch light, just a for sale sign in overgrown grass. Finally went to a neighbor for help. She directed us but cautioned us to watch for a bobcat & black bear spotted nearby. We finally found our destination and upon entry messaged our host that we got in. She said we could stay the night but to check out in the morning. I believe she was offended because in my frantic state outside the gate I told her we were "ticked off" because she wouldn't call us and help. Mind you, we had just driven from Ohio and we're very tired and eager for sleep. Though the cabin was nice, the experience was horrible and communication also. When people need help, you call!
