Additionally we are grateful the host was able to accommodate 2 last minute additions to our group. The unit is close/walking distance to vista village for eating and shopping and a very short drive to the beach. Would highly recommend this VRBO."

"Great location in Vista, excellent communication, comfortable digs. The bed was the best I've ever slept on in a rental. The rain shower head was very refreshing. We were very involved with family on this trip and did not need cooking facilities but the fridge and micro were there for cold drinks and would have made breakfast easy. Thanks!"

"I don't want give a bad rating, because the place was very clean and maybe the problem was us just not looking at the listing carefully enough. We didn't realize it was basically a very small hotel room in an apartment setting. Not much room for 4 individuals to move around. Since the listing said kitchen table, we expected a table and somewhere to eat, not one chair and a TV tray. If you're looking to only come home late and just crash, or relax on the bed, then this is the place for you."

"When the price is too good to be true, you're not going to end up where you think you will. Hotel was run down and the room smelled, floor was dirty and the walls and floors were covered in damage. Pros were that the AC blew cold and water was hot. That's about it. Never again."

"This is a dive. Looks like an old motel that was bought and allowed to fall into disrepair. Terrible location, only accessible through a gas station parking lot, street folks in front of lobby with a fighting breed dog, room was about 8( degrees during a Heat Warning spell, chipped paint, filthy bathroom.
