"Great stay at the 1863 Inn of Gettysburg. The room was spacious and clean, The bed was comfortable. Staff was great during check in and check out. Breakfast has choices of scrambled or fried eggs, meat, a potato choice, cereal, fruit, pastries, bread, pancakes, juices and more."

"I will never use this hotel or its chain again because they are thieves; they stole my employee's $400 deposit, and when I called the front desk, they gave me no answer regarding what happened. I do not recommend using this hotel chain."

"This hotel was dirty. The breakfast was cereal, coffee, juice, and a piece of bread. We will never go back. We have stayed at this hotel before and it was never in this bad of shape."

"Great hotel! Perfect for our visit to Gettysburg. The pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The ladies attending the breakfast were very attentive and helpful. They even offered to carry a plate to our table because they could see our hands were full. Lovely place and even lovelier people."

"Very reasonable priced for a busy time in Gettysburg. My room was recently renovated and there were plenty of choices for breakfast. The room was clean and the A/C worked well considering it was 96 degrees when I got to Gettysburg."

"I can envision this being awesome in its heyday. But now it is old and tired however it has had some renovations to bathroom and flooring. Shower had great pressure and hot water. Breakfast was not bad. Kids loved the pool. Rooms with pool view have no natural light. There is a musty old cigarette smell inside the whole place, especially the room we were in. One bed was comfy the other hard. It’s not the ritz, but it did the job. This place could be awesome agsin with major reno’s"

"This was a wonderful place to stay. It was very comfortable and situated in a very beautiful area. Great value for its price.A few amenities we would’ve liked to have had include perhaps a small breakfast lunch and even having the bar open in the afternoon all seven days of the week."
