"The property was clean and the staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The facility is rather dated. The security lock in our door had been ripped off and not repaired.
Overall, I think it is a good place to stay. The location is convenient to several Louisville attractions. Room prices are economical. Bed was extremely comfortable!"

"The young lady who checked us in was nice but could use more professional development training. She was on the phone with someone during the check in process with was confusing as I didn’t know if she was talking to them or me. Because the phone call took precedence over me, she failed to explain things that I needed to know like WiFi information or check out time. I did t want to disrupt her phone conversation, so I proceeded to my room.
The room was NOT cleaned well. There was hair and debris...
