"A tidy property close to the sea. The adjacent beach is pebbled so no sand castles. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is in the local town. For elderly people the shower and the bath would need a bit of careful manoeuvering. Plenty of local sights to see at Chichester, Bosham and Emsworth."

The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). "This place needs a deep clean. As soon as we opened the door we knew is wasn't clean due to the smell. Never had this problem at other rentals.The bathrooms had scum on sinks and unclean toilets.
