"I needed a large house at Bognor Regis for a family reunion. This house ticked all the boxes. A clean house, spacious rooms. provided towels and toiletries and lots more. It was warm and comfortable. Loved the decor.My family we impressed and hope to visit again.I would recommend this excellent property. "

"We had a lovely stay. The house was clean, tidy and very comfortable, in a great area with everything conveniently close by. It’s just a short walk into town, which was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to others."

"If you book this we will be jealous as we have had a fabulous time here, 8 minutes walk to beach 15 minutes to station/town, very quiet location wonderful neighbours, lovely sunny garden, heating worked lovely, obviously some minor maintenance needed but nothing to worry about or get in the way of your stay.
Highly recommended

"Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments.
We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards.
Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

"The kitchen cupboards nearly all full,had to move old food to make room for our own,a lot of the crockery was dirty so felt we had to wash what we wanted to use.Struggled to find enough decent wine glasses{1 only}some other smaller ones.Disappointed that there was no decent hanging space for our clothes,having to make do with a rickety rail in 1 room the hangers were totally useless.The exterior of the building was in need of a good clean,the gutters,windows and the patio.We regularly rent...

"Had a lovely stay at Sea Breezes - was a great space for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) with everything we needed. Lovely sunsets over Pagham Lagoon and only a short walk to the cafe, amusements, shops and (amazing) fish and chip shop."

"Nice clean caravan, adequate for our needs. We'll equipped and good working order. TV reception poor if you require that but overall agood stay.
Great location for supermarkets and retail park. Short drive to Bognor seafront."
