"When we arrived, the hotel did not have our booking. Luckily they had a room as they were not full. The staff were very friendly but told us they do not deal with hotels.com. I don’t know if this is the fault of the hotel or hotels.com but if you have booked through hotels.com, I would suggest you contact the hotel to confirm. "

"The wine tour is excellent for understanding the vineyard. Breakfast was very good with fantastic views over the vineyard. In the evening sit outside and have a glass or two or three of their excellent Riojas. Bar food is good and served until 10pm. Stayed for three nights it was a good base for visiting the local area. "Beautiful hotel in a historic looking building right in one of the central squares of old town. It doesn’t get more central than this for walking everywhere. We inadvertently were in Logroño right in the middle of the Rioja wine festival (San Mateo) though, so it also meant hearing partying and music until 3am — but not their fault! They did send us parking instructions that didn’t work because of road closures though, so we paid to park quite a bit further away on one of the bigger streets...
"The apartment that we stayed in was amazing. Spotless clean, super comfortable and spacious, and in a prime location in Logroño. Parking is pricey but if your stay is short is worth it, as finding parking in Logroño can be a challenge (we didn't have to use in the end) and if you have a roof box won't fit as it is underground parking.
The apartment we got was 2 bed and both had TVs, kitchen fully equipped with kitchen, microwave small fridge and dishwasher, with all the stuff provided as well!...
"The location was excellent. Walking distance to old town and right by the river that has a beautiful walking path along it. Also easy walking distance to Bodegas Francos Españolas Winery. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. There is onsite parking - your car gets its own elevator and designated space. "
