I loved the pool the large outdoor chess pieces and games for kids ! The beds were huge and cozy and the staff was truly kind and amazing ! Very clean and conveniently located near great dinning and shopping!"

"During my stay, I observed certain staff members on personal phone calls both at the front desk and outside the facility while no one was available to assist guests at the front desk. This created an unprofessional impression and made it difficult to receive assistance when needed. Additionally, upon checkout, I was informed that I owed a $40 balance for a room upgrade. I never requested, authorized, or agreed to any room upgrade, so I was surprised to see this charge added to my account."
