Bamboo Bungalow
A standalone cabin located about 100 feet from the other two cabins, Bamboo Bungalow is ideal for couples or small groups seeking privacy.
- Sleeps 3 adults (king bed + queen sleeper sofa).
- Features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals.
- Relax on the wrap-around deck with rocking chairs, a Weber gas grill, and a shaded picnic table for outdoor dining.
- Includes its own private full bathroom with a shower and vanity.

Cactus Cottage & Sunset Shack
These two charming cabins are connected by a covered porch, creating a shared space perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time.

Cactus Cottage:
- Sleeps 4 adults + 2 children (queen bed, daybed/trundle, and 2 lofts for kids).
- Adorable cactus-themed décor and wildlife views from bunk windows.
- Features a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge and its own private full bathroom with a shower and vanity.

Sunset Shack:
- Sleeps 2 adults + 2 children (queen bed + sectional sofa + 2 kid-friendly lofts with bean bags and coloring supplies).
- Sunset-themed décor, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a Keurig and electric cooktop.
- Includes its own private full bathroom with a shower and vanity.

Wildlife
Experience the beauty of Texas wildlife right on our peaceful ranch! Deer and turkeys roam freely, adding to the charm of your stay.

Swim Spa Temperature:
From May through September, the Swim Spa is kept at pool temperature. From October through April, the Swim Spa is kept at 90 degrees and can be adjusted to your desired hot tub temperature upon arrival.

Swim Spa Maintenance Schedule:
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, the pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs every Wednesday.

We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.

Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

New Construction
Any newly constructed sleeping spaces on the property are not included in your reservation. These spaces may be made available for use on a case-by-case basis and will require an additional reservation fee if approved.

A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.

For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.
